What you need to know

  • Call to confirm a reservation at 469-745-8049. Pick up and drop off times are flexible, but it must be confirmed prior to your visit

  • Veterinary records must be provided to show your pets vaccination record is up to date. This must be provided prior to your drop off reservation. You will email your pets records to: hub4paws@gmail.com Please include your pets name and confirmed reservation dates in the email

  • All pets will be provided with dog beds and blankets during their stay.

  • Bring your pets food in ziplock bags and label the bags with your pets name

  • Bring any medications your pet needs

  • No toys or bones are allowed

  • If a lovey or special toy or blanket is brought from home, it will only be given to them while they are crated, but we are not responsible if anything gets lost or damaged.

  • We will only release your pet to the owner names we have on file or your emergency contact, if applicable. If someone else is to pick up your pet, we will need your prior approval. They must be 18+ years of age and your invoice must still be paid.

  • We cannot board animals who are:

    • Not current on their vaccines

    • In heat

    • Sick

    • Aggressive

    • Not spayed or neutered if they are above the age of 6 months old

  • You will be emailed a waiver and release of liability form, which will need to be acknowledged by signing and emailing the completed waiver back to hub4paws@gmail.com prior to your drop off reservation.
